However, if you choose not to provide me with correct and accurate information, it may inhibit the service I provide.
If you decide to engage with me via this website, or become a client, I will ask for this sensitive information to ensure I can provide the most appropriate care and treatment approach for you.
PLEASE NOTE: Personal information may only be collected from clients under the age of 18 years after parent’s or a guardian’s consent.

Most of this data is stored in client files that must be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years. Once your personal information is no longer required for its purpose it will be permanently destroyed.

If you find that your information is inaccurate or outdated, please advise me so I can update your records to ensure quality services are provided to you.

Professional considerations
As a health professional, I am registered with Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA). In conjunction with the code of professional ethics of ANTA, I maintain confidentiality, except with explicit consent, when required by law or there is serious risk to the client or another person.
